PROJECT PHASES

More specifically, the collaboration agreement includes:

  1. Scientific responsibility and management of the Wildlife Database (WDB) by ISPRA, with data published on the Institute’s website in a fully accessible format
  2. Cartographic management and data analysis by ISPRA
  3. Collection of information at the level of individual hunting districts and protected areas, with the involvement of hunting association volunteers, with the support of Legambiente and under the technical coordination of ISPRA
  4. Compilation of data gathered from Regions, Provinces, Hunting Districts, Alpine Hunting Areas, hunting reserves (AFV), and Regional and National Parks
  5. Data entry into the WDB by ISPRA staff and, where appropriate, by association collaborators (including remotely, once the WDB goes online)
  6. Organisation of seminars and outreach events to share the data collected under the agreement
